Once a homeless child on the streets of Kampala, Uganda, Peter has gone on to foster more than 47 children and adopt five—blending personal story with practical insight and a clear call to action: every child deserves to be seen, heard, and known.

Peter speaks on foster care, adoption, child advocacy, trauma-informed parenting, and creating belonging—delivering honest, hopeful messages that move audiences to care and act. In corporate settings he connects these themes to workplace culture and employee wellbeing, showing how compassion, leadership and connections strengthen teams, impacts morale, and creates lasting community impact.
